STEP BY STEP:

1) Place the plastic trays separately on top and then on the bottom of your teeth. Suck out the air so that the trays shape your teeth.

2) Place the upper and lower plastic trays in boiling water for only 5 seconds. Do not let the trays touch or mix with each other.

3) Lift the plastic containers out of the boiling water one by one, holding them by the end.

4) Carefully and quickly place the plastic trays over your upper and lower teeth. You can cut the back of the tray with scissors if you need to better mold your jaw.

5) When you are satisfied with the mold of your jaw, place a small amount of whitening gel (approximately 0.5 cc per tray) on the wall of each tray (avoid putting too much to prevent gum irritation).

6) Place the trays with whitening gel on your upper and lower teeth, avoiding your gums. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

 7) During these 15 minutes, press the button on the device to activate the LED light and place it in your mouth.

8) After 15 minutes, remove the LED device from your mouth. Remove the plastic trays from your teeth and wash them to remove any traces of gel.

9) After this procedure, it is advisable to brush your teeth thoroughly to remove any gel residue. Repeat the procedure every day until you achieve the desired results.
