Return Policy
We take the greatest care in preparing your order.
If upon receipt you notice an error in the reference, color or size compared to your order, please notify us immediately.
We will then naturally take charge of your return and the return will be free.
In accordance with the law and called the right of withdrawal, any customer wishing to return their order has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to come forward and initiate their return. The postmarks are proof. In the event that the items received are in conformity with those ordered but the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer will pay the return postage costs. In accordance with the terms and conditions, the customer is required to express their request to us using the standard withdrawal form provided in Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, accepted without reservation when placing the order. Sending a simple email to us does not constitute a date setting. Indeed, your email may not be delivered, be incomplete, or be classified as spam by mail servers or other means. The customer is autonomous in managing their return in compliance with the policies and General Terms and Conditions, accepted without reservation when purchasing. For the return to be accepted, the customer is informed that their item must be returned in new condition, without any signs of use, unstained, without animal hair, and returned in its original packaging.
We will email you back your confirmation of receipt and the return address details. Depending on the item in question and/or your country of residence, the return address may vary. Please wait for our instructions and do not return the item to the company's headquarters on your own.
For exchanges, please indicate the size/shoe size/color desired as a replacement.
Certain goods, such as perishable goods, food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not permitted for return:

* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, remember to include your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll find out about your return.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
If the buyer has received a free item for their order, for whatever reason, such as a lost and undelivered package, an abnormal delivery delay, a special offer or a gift, and they wish to return part or all of the order, then the buyer must also return the item that was offered to them.
Return costs are free if we are responsible for any errors in reference, color or defective items.
In the event that the customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, the return costs remain their responsibility.
This policy applies to all items sold on the France-Tendance.com website with the exception of personalized items.
