Orders are prepared Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
→ What are the delivery times? (Order transit time)
- For mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada, delivery times are 5 to 12 working days. Working days are understood to mean days on which carriers work, i.e., Monday to Friday.
- For remote areas such as the French overseas departments and territories, delivery times are 15 to 30 working days. Working days are understood to mean the days on which the carriers work, i.e. Monday to Friday.
- For other countries, delivery times may vary, please contact us using the contact form .

- Orders placed before 1 p.m. are prepared the same day. The order deadline will be 1 p.m. (GMT +1)
→ How much does shipping cost?
- Free delivery for France, Belgium, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada:
Economy tracked delivery is free.
Priority processing of your order is offered for 4.90 euros.
Priority processing plus loss, theft, and breakage insurance is available for €9.90. For international orders, shipping costs may vary, but will be presented to you before you pay for your order. If you don't see your country listed,

In France, depending on the availability of postal services, your municipality of residence and the volume of orders, your package may be handled by another carrier such as Colis Privé, Urb-it or Colis Colis for ecological delivery known as 'last-mile'.

→ Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of your order is possible as long as it has not been shipped. We encourage you to contact us urgently by phone if you wish to cancel an order you have just placed. Sending an email does not take a date as it cannot necessarily be read within the hour or day you sent it.If you wish to cancel after the shipment has been completed, don't worry; simply return it to us upon receipt. The cancellation will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. Once verified, a refund will be issued.
→ Split shipping of your order:
If you ordered multiple items, your order may have been shipped in multiple packages. Therefore, you may have multiple package numbers, and they may not all arrive on the same day. Additionally, depending on the time of year, our teams, as well as some carriers, may experience delays due to high package volumes.
→ Delivery guarantee / Lost or damaged package:
All our shipments are guaranteed to be delivered or reshipped when you choose delivery insurance. If you find that one or more items have not been delivered to you after 30 business days, we invite you to contact us using the contact form at the bottom of the site. We will be happy to reship the missing item(s). The same applies to items delivered damaged.
